Sometimes I waste time by scrolling through Pinterest and occasionally I stumble upon something I actually follow through on (unlike all those recipes and workouts I've been pinning)... apparently a headache can be averted by soaking your hands and feet in hot water with a bag of frozen peas on the base of your neck.
Migraines are said to respond to ice cold water rather than hot though, and I assume no peas... So I decided to try it out one night when I had a headache (without the peas), and it worked! My headache wasn't completely gone, but it was noticeably better after the soak.
As for the migraine and icy cold water... not so much. Oh well, 1 out of 2 ain't bad! Has anyone else had success with this? Let me know in the comments.
